2. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered by Cash on Delivery (COD) β€” you pay when you receive your package.

  • Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so our courier can reach you easily.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional delivery fees may apply.

3. Shipping Fees

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or return within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Accessories, underwear, or discounted items (unless defective).
